Bryan J. Sherman ,Esq. (J.D., M.B.A) is a graduate of Shepard Broad Nova Law School. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012. Mr. Sherman interned through law school at the Broward County State Attorneys’ Offices and at The Strauss Law Firm, P.A. During his short tenure at The Strauss Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Sherman has drafted thousands of complex commercial litigation pleadings and argued in hundreds of court proceedings. Mr. Sherman’s areas of expertise include: shopping center, strip mall and office building disputes; foreclosures; construction litigation and lien law; commercial landlord-tenant; complex collection matters; condominiums and HOA’s; judgment enforcement; and business law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sherman achieved his Associates Degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Thereafter, Mr. Sherman earned his Bachelors Degree with a Double Major in Marketing and International Business from the Florida International University in Miami while working full time at his family’s wholesale gold and diamond jewelry business. The business grossed over $3,250,000 in sales and Mr. Sherman oversaw diamond purchases in India, the manufacturing facility in Miami with over 14 employees, and the distribution channels throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
Following the jewelry business, Mr. Sherman became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and oversaw investments of over $60,000,000 in commercial real estate between 2000 and 2010. Residential apartment unit holdings totaled over 660 residential apartments located throughout the Southeastern United States. Before, during and after law school, Mr. Sherman took his Masters of Business Administration courses where he earned his M.B.A., with a concentration in computers, in 2013. His Grade Point Average placed him in the top 10% of his class.
Mr. Sherman’s scores in the Watson-Glaser II Critical Thinking Profile tests placed him in the top 4% of first year law school students. Mr. Sherman is also bilingual speaking English and Spanish fluently.
